Account Management

Select Dashboard: This will show a campaign performance summary.

How to view campaign performance over a specific time?

  1. Select Dashboard
  2. Go the summary line that says summary (refer to above image)
  3. There are two slots to enter start and end date on the right hand corner
  4. Click on search after you insert the dates
  5. You will get a view of campaign over that time period

We have made it easy to view your account information in three simple steps.

  1. Login using your email or username.
  2. On the top right of your screen, click on “My Account”.

This will take you into your personal account where you can view your projects. edit your profile and view funding details.

When you login to access your account on DAC, you have three simple menus. This menus guide you on how to use your account. Your DAC account has three menus which are

This is exclusive only to charities and Civil Society Organisations. We do not accept projects from individuals. this sections displace all your current projects running on the DAC platform.

My profile gives you details go your personal account. Here you can edit your personal information or the information go your organisation for a better view and to give donors more information about your organisation.

In this section you will fine the details for transferring funds raised to your account. We have made it easy for organisations to be able to collect their funds directly in to their accounts. We have provided two options for all our organisations.

  • PayPal 
  • Cashwok
  • Card Payment

We recommend using PayPal as our recommended funding funnel and Cashwok as the best option for transfers with a 0% transfer fees.

Card payments are great to setup using Stripe and this connects your account straight to your funding project for an easy transfer.

Rewards explains the different amounts that you can fund a project. We have used this option to help explain to our donors what they are funding and how this funding will be use.

This is a commitment of each member to the community the enable us support our people in need. This method of donation has been derived in order to make it easy for our donors to continue supporting our struggle at all times with ease.

DAC will continue to update each donor with the report of their donation and will also feedback to the community how their funds have been used.
